Before Booking

How far in advance should I book my Orlando wedding photographer?

For peak season (October–April) we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. Summer and weekday weddings have more availability. Once your date is set, reach out immediately — popular dates go fast, especially around Disney.

Is a second photographer included?

Yes — a second photographer is included in The Forever package at no extra cost. For the Half Day package, a second shooter can be added for $300. Two photographers means we capture both the bride getting ready and the groom simultaneously, and catch every angle during the ceremony.

When will we receive our wedding photos?

Your full edited gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks via private Pixieset link with full-resolution downloads. We don't believe in making couples wait 3 months. A teaser of 20–30 images arrives within 48 hours of your wedding.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely. We've photographed weddings across Florida, New York, Punta Cana, and internationally. Travel fees are quoted based on your destination and are included in the Away Wedding package. We'd love to go where you're going.

What is your backup plan for equipment failure?

We carry redundant camera bodies, multiple lenses, and backup memory cards. Every image is written to two cards simultaneously. We've photographed 100+ events without a single equipment failure — and if the unthinkable happened, we have a network of professional backup photographers.
